I'm not sure who he is or where he is from. I know that Knifehandchop has been grouped into the sound known as broken beat, though the 2 tracks on this single are nowhere near as extreme as broken beat records I've heard.

Dance Mix 2000 is a collage of Destiny's Child, Eminem, Pink, and The Vengaboys put back together into a cleverly flowing cut.

Don't Say A Word might be put together from instrumental snippets by the same bands as the A-side, though I'm not sure. Without having the 'wow' factor of knowing where the sounds came from, the B-side is just an average electronic beats instrumental to me.
